BLACK WOMXN AT THE CENTER

A c t i v i s m  .  C o m m u n i t y  .  S c h o l a r s h i p.

This year’s theme for the fourth annual Black Religion, Spirituality, and Culture Conference is Black Womxn at the Center. We are highlighting Black womxn doing praxis-driven work in academia, ministry, and the arts, all broadly-defined, and acknowledging self-identified womanists or Black feminists doing work that centers folks at the margins. We are seeking a wide-breadth of scholars, activists, imaginaries, and more doing work in various contexts with varied guiding beliefs, religious backgrounds, and spiritualities.
